Our Covid-19 Promise

I said back in March when we stopped trading and had to postpone all future bookings until further notice that no customer of mine would ever miss out on their booking if we had to postpone, be financially penalised, or have any problems or unnecessary distress when dealing with my company and I stand by that now and will in the future. 

We strive to offer exceptionally high standards in customer service and professionalism at all times and will go above and beyond which is why I want to share with you our covid 19 promise and procedures in these uncertain times to reassure you all when booking. 

Should we have to close again I promise every customer will have the following options. 

 

💓  Postpone until the next available date when we reopen or on any date of your choice with no time limit and your deposit fully transferred over and deducted of course at no extra cost.

 

💓  Exchange the deposit to a gift voucher to use on any of our services with no expiry date.

 

💓  Amendment of your booking to suit any local restrictions that may come in, for example, a previous booking of 4 teepee’s for 2 mixed households can be reduced in numbers to suit a 1 family household such as siblings or family members and of course at no extra cost. 

 

💓 Should we be restricted in entering your home to set the teepee’s up we will offer all customers the offer of doorstep delivery and collection service for your to set up yourself with a full instruction video of how to set this up easily and in under 30 minutes. 

 

We hope this gives a little reassurance when booking with us. We don’t believe that anyone should miss out on such a magical and special occasion or be penalised for this due to covid, and with it becoming more difficult to know when and how long to wait to book, we wanted to share with you our promise, so you can feel easy when booking in advance and avoid disappointment booking last minute if we are fully booked.

Our covid procedures

 

👍🏻  All equipment is quarantined for 72 hours between households and then fully sanitised and cleaned before its next use. As standard before covid 19 all soft furnishings and bedding are washed on 60 and 90 degrees and all drinks cups are soaked in Milton after cleaning for 24hrs. 

👍🏻  All staff wears masks and gloves at all times, which are changed after each use.

👍🏻  Working solely to minimise unnecessary contact 

👍🏻  Asking all customers to confirm they are adhering and aware of any local restrictions and do not have covid symptoms.

👍🏻  Asking all customers where possible to remain in a separate room when we are in your homes to minimise non-essential contact.

👍🏻  Systems in place for track and trace should any of us or customers get a positive Covid test so we can advise those affected ASAP 

👍🏻 And finally working as fast as our little hands and legs can go to ensure we are in and out in a matter of minutes and not remaining in your homes for more than 30 minutes at any one time
